Upgrading to 7-Segment or Digital Panel Meters

"I thought it would be about time to upgrade to digital read-out instead of the analog panel meters. Not only can the ordinairy analog meters be expensive but for some difficult to get. Here is an update for it. You can either use the cost-effective 7-segment version, which is a bit more work but works just as good, as published below, or simply purchase a set of digital meters."
