Ministry to Children

CHURCH SCHOOL - Classes for children age 3 through grade 6, every Sunday during the 10:00 a.m. service. Children are nurtured and encouraged through Bible stories and activities to know Jesus as Lord and Saviour. Find out more...
GEMS - Girls Everywhere Meeting the Saviour . GEMS is a relationship-building, club program created especially for girls ages 8-14. Meets every Wednesday evening 7-8:30. Find out more...
CADETS - All boys ages 7 to 14 are welcome. The goal of the Calvinist Cadet Corps is to help boys grow spiritually in all areas of life. Meets every Tuesday evening 7:00 - 9:00. Find out more...

Ministry to Youth and Students

YOUTH GROUP - All high school youth are invited to participate to develop a living relationship with Jesus Christ. The many activities of Youth Group include discussion time, social activities, service projects, Trillium League events such as youth service and retreats and conventions.
COLLEGE AND CAREERS - First CRC is a church which looks to support and encourage students and young adults in their walk of faith. There are ongoing monthly events, bible studies, and a monthly newsletter. Every other Sunday there is also a lunch held at various homes after the service. Email us for information.

Ministry to Women

COFFEE BREAK - is one of the ministries of First CRC to guide women specifically into a personal, vital, and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We do this through the intentional exercise of weekly studies of God's Holy Word, much prayer, and encompassing acts of care and fellowship - as taught and modelled by our Lord Jesus Christ. Everyone is welcome and invited to join this group. Meets Wednesdays at 9:15 a.m.
WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL GROUP - Meets every Monday evening 7 p.m. at the church for volleyball, friendship-building and support. Contact the church office for more details: 519-822-7720.

MEN'S LIFE BIBLE STUDY - Men of all ages meet together every Thursday morning 10:00 a.m. for Bible study and fellowship. Find out more...

SENIORS OVER 65 GROUP - Meets once a month over lunch to enjoy a meal, have fellowship, engage in dialogue, or listen to speakers. Outings happen regularly throughout the year.
