2012 wrap up
We came second in the championship game, just behind the Woolwich Arms team. After digging ourselves into a hole in the quads and doubles, we pulled up to a 6 - 8 final score. It was our best finish since we beat the Woolie in the 2009 Group 2 championship game. Some top fives: Julian had the most tons with 71. Dex second with 60, followed by Ron with 57, Jim with 37 and Paul with 36. Ron had the best singles record with 21 - 4 (0.840). Dex second with 20 - 5 record (0.800), Julian 19 - 5 (0.792), Wigger 8 - 3 (727) and Jim 15 - 7 (682). Neil had the best three dart finish (121), followed by Julian (118) and Ron (116). The Green Fees Fund is at $274.25. Alan and Lynne, Jim and Eda, & Ron and Margie will carry the team flag at the banquet next Saturday.
