I firmly believe that if one is going to be a breeder of pedigreed animals, then one should be also be actively involved in showing and club/association membership. I have lived by these beliefs for almost 25 years and have never waivered from this point of view, nor am I likely to. I have been committed to the cat fancy for more than half of my life and I would not still be involved if I did not fully enjoy what I do. Sometimes it seems like a heck of a lot of work, but for the most part, I find it very satisfying. When I first joined the fancy in the early 70's, I registered and participated in both the Cat Fanciers' Association, Inc. (CFA) and the Canadian Cat Association (CCA). However, I eventually made the decision to devote my time and energy to the association that I felt better represented a world-wide cat fancy, CFA. Over the years, I have become actively involved with several CFA cat clubs in southern Ontario and internationally.
This page will provide links to the CFA Home Page and to those clubs that I participate in that currently have a presence on the WWW. As more clubs come online, I will add them to this listing. Cat Fanciers is a non-affiliated, online community of feline fanciers and provides a wealth of information about domestic cats and the cat fancy in all of its varied forms.
