First of all, printing something in extremely large letters, or in all caps, or in blue or any other colour, or underlined, or all of the above, doesn't make something true. That's ridiculous.
Linux is two things at the same time. It is UNIX and it is free software. UNIX is very powerful and free software is about freedom. What could be more about choice than that?
